I want to thank everyone who has been submitting applications for becoming Moderators. We may not take any on this month or we may take one or two, depending on the application. I am here today because we really need Game Operators. The position, I will not lie, requires a lot of responsibility and requires people to be really good at attention to detail. It is not an easy position by any means but it has a lot of rewards. I will go over the requirements and how to apply. I will then state the rewards.
What responsibilities come with the job?
* Processing user tickets for in game issues
* Examining various user concerns and communicating that information with Bytro staff
* Correspondence via PM and on the Support Software with players / customers
* Participation in team meetings
* Assistance on the Help Chat
What requirements must be met?
* At least
18 years old
* At least a
year of game experience
* Ability to communicate with users in a professional and mature manner
* Ability to work well in a team
* Knowledgeable about game mechanics
* Willingness to learn
* Ability to work efficiently and reach assigned weekly goals
* Reliability
What to expect upon being hired?
* Learning the job from an experienced GO before you are expected to maintain weekly goals
* Getting to know the rest of the support staff and learning how to enforce chat/forum rules
* You will be given additional rights for the forum, the chat and the support software

The rewards are as such:
- You get 70,000 Goldmarks at the end of each month.
- If you do more than 50 tickets in a month, you can earn 100 GM per ticket above the initial 50 for a total of 40,000 additional GM. So if you do a total of 450 tickets in a month, you can earn a total of 110,000 GM in a month (this is including the 70k GM from #1).
- You get High Command for free for the length of time you are on staff.
