Normale KI erklärt anderer KI den Krieg

Also im Spiel 972163 (normales Spiel ohne Elite-KI) wurd ich gerade erstmals mit folgender abstrusen situation konfrontiert:
ein KI land überfällt ein anderes KI land ein.


im detail:
das damals von einem spieler geführte Italien erklärt Portugal den Krieg und erobert die Stadt Tunis, lässt aber den rest Tunesiens in ruhe und wird dann inaktiv. nach ein paar tagen herrscht dann automatisch wieder frieden zwischen der portugiesischen und der nun italienischen KI.
nach dem das jetzt über eine woche so gegangen ist, ist nun plötzlich eine portugiesische Armee nach Tunis maschiert und hat damit laut Zeitung Italien (immer noch inaktiv) hinterrücks angegriffen. die beiden KI länder befanden sich dann eben im Krieg miteinander. inzwischen wurden beide von spielern erobert.

die frage ist, war das ein bug? oder ist die KI darauf programmiert worden ehemalige Gebiete zurückzuerobern?
hätte mit letzterem kein problem, fände es sogar witzig für RPGs, aber zuvor darüber aufgeklärt werden würd ich doch gern.

Ormai sono settimane che segnalo dei bug;ma mi viene detto:segnalalo dalla partita,altrimenti il ticket di supporto non viene creato.

Bene,ho provato anche adesso,dalla partita 971.658,clicco su "Segnala bug":mi si apre una finestra con scritto vBullettin e mi si chiedono user e password.

Quando ho iniziato ad essere pioniere non era così,cliccato su "Segnala bug"accedevo subito ad una finestra di dialogo dove postavo la segnalazione.

Forse è per questo che le mie segnalazioni cadono nel vuoto?

About This Roleplay

Hello everyone, after how successful the Ukraine Crisis Roleplay was I have finally decided to create a new Modern Roleplay that I hope you will all truly love.

However A Lot Of Things Have Changed

One of the biggest features that have changed is the fact that this roleplay is no longer based completely about war.

I do not want any players to join this roleplay just to look forward to World War 3 because hopefully World War 3 will never happen. The goal is to maintain stability in the world not to destroy the world.

This Roleplay is going to be highly political and realistic and players should always use politics in every situation before turning to war.

I understand that this game is based around war and some of you may think that a game without any fighting would be boring well You Are Correct However luckily for you war will be allowed but it should be rare and small provincial wars no big "Ima go invade this entire country to get land"

In the feature section you will read alot about how war will be and how you should act during wars, i just wanted to point this out so players will know what they are getting into before they join.

This roleplay is one hundred percent accurate other than the fact of what has happened in Ukraine. (Everything that has happened in Ukraine is based off of the Ukraine Crisis Roleplay)

The Russian Federation finally gave into returning Crimea in exchange for the new Ukrainian Government to restore former relations with the Russian Federation and to remain neutral and consider its options for five months before making any further actions to become aligned.
After the Russian Federation returned Crimea many rebel groups began standing down and the Ukrainian Government granted partial autonomy to Eastern Ukraine.

For a country to join NATO it must meet its Economic Requirements which include a Factory on every province (Unless the province cannot build factories on said province) as well as Railroads on every province.

Political:

For a country to join NATO is has to meet its Political Requirements which include not being in a civil war and it cannto be in a war or have high tensions with another country.




Rules/Guidelines Of NATO


1. All NATO Members must respect the sovereignty of a country and cannot invade said country unless a vote occurs with NATO and the majority agree.

2. NATO Members must appropriately deal with wars and must use every diplomatic possibility before turning to lethal force.
NATO must also follow the restrictions imposed on them which is in the feature section

3. All NATO Members must participate in votes and must follow current and future guidelines.

4. NATO Members cannot trade with non-NATO members that have Trade Sanctions on them.

Features




How War Should Be

As you all know by now this roleplay is meant to be very realistic and in real life countries like Russia and Europe do not want to fight each other.

So that is exactly how it should be on this game, i do NOT want to see any wars popping up for silly reasons.

War should very rarely occur even if their is a small skirmish between armies war should not occur, YOU have to act like your respective country and cannot just declare war because an ship entered your waters or because a country put Sanctions/Trade Embargo's on you.

Instead you should use diplomacy and find every solution diplomatically before deciding that enough is enough and declare war.

However War Should Occur in the sense that it is RARE and is for a good reason, when wars do occur they should not be Total War and instead should be Provincial - Territorial Engagements.





Reasons Of War

Open war will be very strict and your country will need a good reason for starting a war.

Invasion of your land
If [Country A] sends soldiers on your land without your permission it is a direct reason for war.

Reinforcing Borders
If another country has a large army on your borders it is a poor but possible reason for war instead you should use all possible ways of diplomacy to stop the war from occurring.

Spies
Spies are a reason for war however it matters on the extent of spies, Intelligence spies are a poor reason of war and declaring war can cause hostilities with other nations. However if constant Intelligence spies are caught it is a great reason for war.

Economic and Military spies are a different subject however, if you have proof that [Country A] was sending spies at you to destroy your infrastructure it is a reason for war.

Trade Routes
If another country blocks off your trade routes (Aka Blockades) it is a reason for war, it is also a poor but possible reason of war if a country backs off on a trade route.

Economic Sanctions
If a country places an Trade Embargo on you it is an reason to declare although a very poor reason.







War Escalation



In the last version we ran into alot of small issues quickly escalating into nearly all out war.

Example:
Morocco destroyed one of Algeria’s Reconnaissance Planes (Balloon) after warning Algeria to get it off his border, in response Algeria bombarded a Moroccan Border Post (several infantry divisions on their borders.) to retaliate Morocco began an all out total war against Algeria and in the process over 300,000 soldiers died and both NATO and Russia were threatening to deploy both of their armies and completely devastate the countries.

Another issue was that countries were getting involved militarily in regions that they would not militarily get involved in.

Example:
Russia was threatening Ukraine not to interfere with Crimea at all (since it was Russia’s in the roleplay) and stated it would attack Ukrainian convoys if they were to enter Crimea.

In response NATO deploys hundreds of thousands of soldiers to protect Ukraine however NATO would not do anything like that because Russia has already stated that they would destroy Ukrainian Forces if they were to attack Crimea and NATO has not deployed any military support.












How To Stop War From Escalating



1.
If you are in a Provincial, Border or Territorial War DO NOT turn it into a more severe war because it is just unrealistic in alot of cases.

Example 1:
The Russian Federation begins a Provincial War against Georgia in response NATO invades Russia from Saint Petersburg and Russia dies….

Example 2:
Syria and Turkey are having a Provincial War over Palmyra (Northern Syria) Syria realizes that Turkey has very little forces in Haleb and decides to conduct an invasion of Haleb turning the war into either a border war or a territorial war.


Look obviously in Example 2: it was a smart decision for Syria however realistically Syria would not risk an all out war with Turkey and NATO would not risk an all out war with Russia (Example 1) they might deploy soldiers to Georgia but they would not outright invade Russia so please refrain from escalating wars in this way.

2.
Keep warfare inside of the designated zones the only loophole to this is attacking units that are currently attacking your units that are moving from other provinces such as a Railgun or Aerial Units.

However do not just start bombing their capital since it is unrealistic and it is also an obvious reason for war.

3.
Declare War for good reasons and also do not turn a small engagement into all out warfare.

Look if your Balloon gets shot down that is not a reason for war and if you get your border bombarded or maybe a city bombarded for a few hours in retaliation to something you did feel free to retaliate but do not go to the extreme such invading him or bombarding him for days.

4.
Keep out of Foreign Wars unless you have a great reason to get involved (Make sure you follow the NATO/EU/Russia Restrictions)

Look if you are lets say the United States and one of your African Allies is getting invaded by another African Country you can send armanants to your ally and you can even deploy some forces to defend him however DO NOT (alot of countries CANNOT IN FACT) just deploy all your armies and threaten to start something like World War 3 over a small territorial war.








My preferable Engagements

I would appreciate it if all players decided to be fair to each other and instead of just trying to win to be fair and make it interesting.

So every now and then make small attacks on each other and such even if you lose some soldiers it will keep the roleplay alive.






NATO/EU Involvement

In my last Modern Roleplay NATO and the European Union were constantly getting involved in foreign affairs and they were constantly threatening to start World War 3 over small territories on the global scale.

So I have decided to make stricter rules on how the European Union and NATO can interfere in wars to make it so the roleplay will be realistic.

Protecting Members of NATO/EU

If a member of the European Union/NATO are attacked by another country then NATO and the European Union are encouraged to protect its members and they have the right to deploy as much soldiers as they to the battlefield (As long as it follows unit sizes for battles).

Protecting Non-Members of NATO/EU From Major Countries

If a country that is not part of NATO or the European Union is attacked by a major country (RUSSIA) they both organizations have the right to deploy their armies (As long as the amount of soldiers they deploy follows the Types of Warfare) however the fighting can only be within territories that are being invaded and cannot spread to other regions unless the attacking country attacks NATO soil.

Protecting Non-Members of NATO/EU From Other Countries

If a country that is not part of NATO or the European Union is attacked by a country other than Russia then NATO and the European Union can only deploy fifty thousand soldiers and one artillery unit per allied province that is being attacked, however NATO has the ability to deploy its Navies and Airforces to their full potential.

Stages of Warfare (Must Follow)
(Note the 3 stages of war are not needed if you are defending an already invaded nation)


These are the stages of warfare that must occur for a country to invade another country.



Diplomacy Stage 1
Before a war a nation is required to use every form of diplomacy it can muster before declaring war. The diplomacy stage should take anywhere from 2-~ Weeks before Stage Two occurs.

(Please note that a country does not have to say "We are going to invade you if you do not ..... we will declare war on you" you can even do it secretly and perform sneak attacks on other nations (Should not happen often at all) however you must roleplay hints to get other countries the chance to discover your plans such as talking about increased Military Training or moving more units to a certain border etc. )

Example 1:
The United States is demanding Syria to stop the massacre of its civilians and for Syria to stop the use of Chemical Weapons.
Syria agrees to stop using its chemical weapons stopping a war with the United States.








Army Build Up Stage 2

The next stage is getting your armies prepared to invade, this will include deploying the invading armies on the border of the country you plan to invade after which you will have to wait one day (One Week) before invading to allow your armies to get ready.

(Note that this is only for wars that will occur on your borders or an allies borders. If a naval invasion occurs the invading country is required to wait the time needed (Read below) before embarking to the country it is set to invade. )

Example: Russia prepares to invade Ukraine and deploys 200,000 soldiers to its borders as well as 1,200 tanks and 2,000 armored vehicles.

Invasion Stage 3
After the first 2 stages are completed your nation is free to invade conquer your enemy.

Combat Changes

As i have mentioned this roleplay is very complex and has a lot of rules to keep it as realistic as possible, the majority of the changes i have decided to implement will heavily change the way way players use units in Supremacy as well as making it more realistic.








Unit Restrictions

Artillery

Why I am doing it
Lets be honest mid-late game all you have to do to win is spam artillery and you can knock down any fortress and can usually defeat any army.

If you have a group of fifty artillery bombarding a group of five hundred infantry groups in a couple hours those infantry will all be dead.

In the situation that there is an army of five hundred thousand Infantry getting attacked by a couple hundred artillery, do not get me wrong they will sustain heavy casualties but the entire army will not be murdered no doubt.

The Restriction

Countries will only be capable of building a limited amount of artillery (5 artilery per Military Level)




How does it make the game more Realistic/Balanced ?


Well first of all it will eliminate the chance of million man armies getting purely destroyed by simple artillery bombardments but most importantly it will force countries to use realistic measures such as.



What this is encouraging you to do!




Focus on Armored Vehicles and Tanks

Armor is the backbone of any modern military even with an amazing Navy and Airforce you will still need and large supply of Armor such as Tanks and Armored Cars.

I believe by reducing the allowed amount of artillery it will cause players to find alternatives (Obviously) and this alternative will most likely be Tanks which are very important to Modern Militaries.

The Developers have increased the strength of tanks in the new updates so even a better reason to use tanks instead of artillery.





Naval

Now i would like to clarify if you can create an Navy you can have as much ships as you want however there are some rules.

How to Create an Battleship

Battleships are the flagships of navies and are created to complete an Naval Fleet, now to stop players from just having fifty or so battleships i have decided to create an effective system which requires players to create an Naval Fleet and then creating an Flagship (Battleship) for it.

To create an Battleship you first need to create Seven Cruisers after which you can create the Flagship.

Examples
Russia's North Sea Fleet has Seven Cruisers and is now capable of having a flagship.

Command Fleet
14-20 Cruisers/Submarines and two Flagships
(Two Flagships per navy)



You cannot have more than One Flagship per Fleet and only Two Flagships per Command Fleet.

Now you can have several fleets in the same area (I would prefer them to be spread out but they cannot connect and be joined together.

Transporting Units Across Oceans

In the event that a major war breaks out in Europe or Africa Canada and the United States will no doubt begin deploying their armies however they cannot just deploy one million soldiers in one week.

Instead they are limited to deploying 100,000 soldiers (including mechs) over the ocean every twenty four hours.

Arms Market

One of the main features in this game is the fact that the majority of countries will not be capable of creating high tech weaponry.

In which the majority of the world will rely on the Arms market which will be controlled by the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France and Russia since they can build advanced technology.

Arms trades work just like trading normally weaponry to other countries in other roleplays however just like trading supplies all arms trades must be made public
(This will also be explained further down but i will state it here as well)

When an arms trade is conducted the selling nation or the buying nation will be required to make a post stating what is being traded as well as the price of said technology.

The Russian Federation today has just sold Syria 250 T-72's and 50 T-90 Tanks today as well as 300 Russian BMP-3's for the price of $500,000.

World powers are the strongest countries in the world, and this feature will tend to change as time goes on and Powers will rise and fall.

Trade routes will be a major feature in this game and every country will have to use them and make them to survive.

How will trade routes work?
For a country to trade with another country they will need to set up a trade route here is a example of a trade route.



Land Routes
Lands Trade Routes will (Obviously) move across land to reach the trade target, now there are several ways to disrupt a trade route, one would be having rebels take control of an area of the route disrupting it and another main way is the country simply canceling the trade routes there are also several other ways which will be explained in game.

Water Route
Water routes will be the main source of trade for some countries such as the United States and the United Kingdom. These trade routes are very effective but are very easy to disrupt.

For example if Saudi Arabia has a Trade Route that goes through the Mediterranean Sea and it would go through the Gibraltar Strait and finally reach the United States however if a country ended up creating a naval blockade this would completely disable the trade route until the blockade is dealt with.

Naval Blockades

A naval blockade is of course a blockade of naval ships that will cut of a area of water to disable trade or unit traffic. Now for a Naval Blockade to work it requires one naval ship (Cruiser or Battleship) per every square area.









Types Of Warfare





Provincial War
Provincial Wars will be the most common type of wars and they will focus around a single province. During a province war the only combat engagements may occur inside of the province itself.

(Max of 2 Infantry/Joint Arms Corps may partake in a Provencal war per country any more would lead to a more serious war)




Border War
A war between two or more countries, the war can only take place between the borders of the civilizations.

How to win a Border War

Conquer the original bordering provinces in which the player will be forced to surrender (and lose the provinces) or declare a more major war.

(Max of 2 Corps per province that you border)





Territorial War

A war that includes a certain area of land that two nations will be fighting/protecting. These wars can contain as much as 15-20 provinces.

(Max of 2 Corps Per province in the territorial war)

How to win a Territorial War:

Conquer all the territory that was declared in the Territorial War or defend the lands for 5 days.(5 days without any major engagements)





Total War:
(MUST BE APPROVED MY ADMIN)

A war with no limits, both sides will continue to fight until one side is forced to surrender. There is no limit on where the battles can take place.

How to win
Manage to conquer 90% of the countries land.

National Waters
Any Country may declare its National Waters this means that no countries can cross these waters without its permission or a fee.

More than 200,000 Soldiers on a border line will be considered an act of preparing for an invasion in which allowing the bordering country to reinforce with more than 200,000.

How Navies and Railguns will work!




Battleships

Battleships will obviously not be battleships, instead they will be Flagships such as Aircraft Carriers or ships like the Kirov Heavy Missile Cruiser.

Building A Naval Fleet


The first ship of any Navy will be a Cruiser or Submarine after you have seven Cruisers in a single fleet you may purchase/create an Flagship (Battleship).

You may have as much Submarines and Cruisers in a fleet as you wish however you can only have two flagships per fleet (Two flagships once you get 14 Cruisers in your fleet)

Their is no limit on the amount of Naval Fleets you can have however they cannot be combined, in the case of war they can be redeployed to another area but they cannot be combined together, the fleet can act side by side however.



Aircraft Carriers/Flagships

Aircraft Carriers or Flagships (Aircraft Carriers will usually be Flag Ships) may be created after a country has 7 ships in the fleet they wish to put the flagship.

Flagships may not be purchased on the arms market unless you already have 7 ships and Aircraft Carriers/Flagships must always be with their fleet.




Railguns
Railguns will either be large artillery units armed with 200mm + guns or they will be missile launch pads like launching Patriot Missiles etc.







Naming

All railguns and Battleships will be required to have names here are some examples of names.

Realistic Names must be used and the model of the ship must be used.

GLOBAL Broadcasts on Trade and Arms Construction/Ordering (Arms Market)



1. All trades with other countries whether it is Supplies or Weaponry must be posted on the Daily European to make all countries aware of the trade.

2. When creating any major unit, you must make a post on the Daily European about it. This can be done in two ways

3. Make a post every single time you create a new artillery unit etc,

4. Make a post stating you are planning on making ## amount of ## Equipment in the next ## days.
















Development

Development is categorized in two areas, Economic and Military these areas state what countries will be capable of creating and what they will not be capable of creating.

Increasing Development

Development can be increased in several ways the main area's that will increase your countries development is Increasing your original province size as well as increasing your military numbers and having more advanced weaponry (Arms Market). However increasing from Level 4 to Level 5 will be increasingly difficult and will not be reached unless you country truly has earned it.













Equipment

As you no doubt noticed on the nations list there is a list of equipment that every country has.

Now the equipment listed is the equipment that country is allowed since whenever you build for instance a tank group you have to state what type of tanks you have created (M1 Abrams, T-90 etc.).

Now i have given general lists on what your country will be allowed to build, now you are free to build other equipment that your country actually uses such as the United States making some artillery units i did not add.

However countries cannot create equipment that is not on the list and that their country does not use.

Creating New Equipment

Countries are free to research and create their own military equipment such as the United States releasing the new M1A3 Abram Main Battle Tank or the Russian Federation releasing the T-99 however there are some rules.

Time
Countries cannot just one day state they have created a new fighter jet or bomber, instead they have to roleplay and state the development of the new project.

Some tips

Creating a new type of Armored Car will take anywhere from 3-6 days
Creating a new type of Tank will take anywhere from 5-10 Days
Creating a new type of artillery will take anywhere from 5-10 days (Matters on how advanced it is)
Creating a new Fighter will take anywhere from 8-16 Days
Creating a new Bomber will take anywhere from 25-35 Days
Creating a new Railgun will take anywhere from 20-30 Days
Creating a new Cruiser will take anywhere from 5-15 Days
Created a new Submarine will take anywhere from 10-15 Days
Creating a new battleship will take anywhere from 20-30 days

Technology
A country such as Libya will not be able to create a futuristic fighter jet that is more advanced than say the next gen United States Fighter Jet (Unless Libya is helped by other major nations). Now all nations should keep in mind how advanced their country is and put it into their new equipment.











In Game Rules

Other than the original rules there are some more complex rules that involve IC and OOC involvement in the game.

1. War is a last result in any occasion and peace talks should always be active

2. Countries should refrain from being very emotional unless something truly tragic has occurred and countries should stay professional.

3. Countries capable of trading advanced weaponry should always be open to trade agreements.

Am I the only one having these issues??!? It's been two days now that I can't open any of the games, it just opens up a new window and opens a print dialog box! I have never seen anything like this before.

I'm convinced now that I'm the only one that has constant trouble opening this game. I have tried it on several different computers with different operating systems and different browsers, and the problems persist. What is going on?

Introduction:
This will be a 24 Player Map with an air pack, it will begin in 1900 and will have no set date to end. Everyone is expected to be respectful of the rules and their fellow players. And when entering the round please customize your nation and with the correct historical leader.
(RP Originally designed by Ninjachris, this is also the edited version by Admiral Awesome. I’ve kept it as close to reality as last game as I could, as the setup was very good, however, did some edits to it so as to make




Rules



1. No Goldmark usage.
2. No trolling.
3. No land grabbing.
4. No OOC in the DE.
5. No grudge/OOC drama in my game. What happens in this game remains in this game. Also, don’t start quarreling about stupid things, OOCly in the DE, which happened last ‘Prosperous 1900’s’ game with Admiral.
6. No building factories, barracks, harbors, or railroads in regions designated "No Build".
7. Please, please, have a well explained reason for declaring war. Wars should be a last resort tool arising from things that build up over time.
8. Cheat and I will have you pulled from the game and/or annihilated.
9. If you go inactive without a warning, you'll be kicked.
10. Wars during landswap are prohibited without permission.
11. African Nations cannot build their own Battleships and Railguns, however they canpurchase them from other nations and can only build them in about 1920
12. To let me know you read this, simply write "Prosperous " when requesting your nation.
13. Planes can only be built in 1910.
14. Tanks Represent Heavy Cavalry(Cuirassiers), until 1915, from there on out they will be named as tanks. A.C can either represent the cars themselfs or Dragoons,Hussars,Light Dragoons etc, but thats up to the player.
15. Losing the capital means automatic losing in a war.
16. No 3-4 lined articles, try to keep it over the 2 paragraphs (medium sized ones), if necessary, add extra information on the article.
17. No un-realistic articles like ‘the French army enters Rome, the Italian capital as people cheer and crowds give them food and wine of the land’. However, if it is a liberation then yes like ‘the French army enters Rome after having liberated them from the Austrian Army, who still occupy the Northeastern territories of Italy. The peoples give them wines and food of the land and cheer at them.’


Note

The red regions are designated "No Build" regions in Africa and Greenland until 1920. You may not build barracks, railroads, harbors, or factories in them. Recruit stations, capitals, forts, and workshops area allowed. (Map and idea by Doctor Who and Ciscodelorum).

Casus Belli

You must always have a reason for war, and have a chain of events and articles that lead into a war:


Place in the Sun: Target nations colonial states.

Cut Down to Size: Reduce an enemy´s Army.

Humiliate: Humiliate an opponent and make him lose prestige.

Make Puppet: Force another nation to become your puppet\vassal.

Release Puppet: Release another nations puppet, and gain that puppet to your nation.

Establish Protectorate: Colonial use only, only on African nations.

Install Communist Government: Force another nations to become a Communist State

Uninstall Communist Government: Uninstall communist nations current government and install a republic.

Become Independent: For Vassals or puppets only. Must have proper cause for doing so.

Great War: Available in 1914. After 1914 every war that has at least two major powers in it, is considered a great war. This is an all out war with very little rules, except the loser(s) must pay war reparations.



Alliances/World Powers:


In order for Secondary Powers to become a Great powers, you must be active in the Roleplay, strong in all aspects, and influential in the World.

Great Powers may only ally with one other Great power and can only have alliances with 2 other small powers(Vassals dont count, neither do economical pacts or agreements). Major Powers can only make one additional Great Power Alliance in 1914 on the Great War.

Secondary powers may ally with 2 Great Powers and may ally with 4 Small Powers.

Also, last time Russia was OP because of sheer number of troops, to stop massive invasion armies Russia can only launch an invasion with 50,000, and their max per province will be 25,000 soldiers. This will help the East Front be more realistic.

wieder einmal ist in unserer Kadersschmiede eine alternative RPG-Idee entstanden, die nun ihre Interessenten und Unterstützer sucht! Bewerbt euch zahlreich und wir werden die Besten unter Euch auswählen.

Startdatum: 01.01.1907 - Bürgerkrieg in Russland

Geschichte:

1905 steht das Kaiserreich Russland am Abgrund. Der Krieg gegen Japan verläuft katastrophal und die Arbeiter und Bauern fordern soziale Reformen und politische Teilhabe. Während der Kaiser sich weigert, mit den Abgeordneten des Proletariats auch nur zu sprechen, erkennen immer mehr Politiker der Duma und einige tapfere Generäle, dass die Zeit gekommen ist, zu handeln. In einer Sondersitzung der Duma erklären sie den Kaiser von aller Regierungsmacht entbunden und rufen die Völker Russlands dazu auf, Parlamente zu bilden. Dieser Aufruf führt schlussendlich zu Chaos. Die meisten Angehörigen des Proletariats können weder lesen noch schreiben und auch nichts mit den Worten “Demokratie” und “Freiheit” anfangen. Die Revolution in Russland wird schnell vom Bürgertum und den Großgrundbesitzern genutzt, um die eigene Macht zu stärken. Das Zensuswahlrecht wird verschärft und die Bauern einfach weiter unterdrückt.

In der Ukraine und im Kaukasus nutzen dagegen die gebildeten Nationalisten die Wahlen und das Chaos zum Aufstand. Während sich im hohen Norden die Finnen und einige Russen dazu entschließen, ihren eigenen Weg zu gehen und die Republik Sibirien ausrufen. Während die Randgebiete sich abspalten, entwickelt sich Russland selbst zur Oligarchie.

Diese Ereignisse bleiben nicht ohne Folgen. Die Österreicher nutzen die Schwäche Russlands, um mit Rumänien abzurechnen und die Deutschen weiten ihr Gebiet bis nach Brest aus, während sie gleichzeitig die algerischen Stämme in ihrem Unabhängigkeitskrieg gegen Frankreich unterstützen. Ohne den russischen Partner wird Frankreich schlussendlich auch dazu gezwungen, die Unabhängigkeit Algeriens zu akzeptieren und sich als Ausgleich das westliche Libyen von Italien zu erpressen.

Die älteste Demokratie der Welt geht währenddessen im Sturm der Bauern und Arbeiter unter. Überall auf der britischen Insel und in Irland bilden sich die Arbeiterräte und der erste sozialistische Staat wird ausgerufen. Diesem Staat bleiben auch die britischen Kanadier treu. Die französischen Kanadier suchen stattdessen zusammen mit Neuengland ihr Glück in der Unabhängigkeit.

Im Nahen Osten, genauer gesagt in Ägypten, erhebt sich ein griechischer Heerführer zum König von Ägypten. Dank westlicher Waffen und einiger europäischer Söldner gelingt es ihm, die osmanischen Heere aus Ägypten zu vertreiben und Griechenland zu befreien. In Alexandria ruft er sich schlussendlich zum König von Ägypten und Griechenland aus und nennt sich selbst Ptolemaios XIII.

Deutschland + Polen [] - Im russischen Bürgerkrieg kam es zu einem polnischen Aufstand der dazu führte das Deutschland Polen eroberte und die Preußen zu den Königen von Polen ausgerufen wurden. Polen ist ein Bundesstaat des Deutschen Reiches (vgl. Baden, Bayern, Württemberg etc.)

Regeln:


  1. Es gibt keinen Skypechannel!
  2. Das Forum ist dazu da, wichtige Sachen bekannt zu geben oder den eigenen Urlaub zu planen. Es ist keine Plattform für Diskussionen und Kleinkriege.
  3. Aktivität wird belohnt, Inaktivität nicht bestraft. Die Daily European wird von den Spielleitern (Amadin und Silem) dazu genutzt, um Artikel zu schreiben und Storys anzustoßen. Was da steht, geschieht auch!
  4. Es gibt keine Baubeschränkungen und keine Einheitenbegrenzungen..

Witam wszystkich graczy S1914

Zostałem wybrany na stanowisko moderatora 7 stycznia 2015 r.

Jako cel w tej swoistej "posłudze" powziąłem dbanie o kulturę wypowiedzi na czacie i walkę z niepoprawną polszczyzną i będe się starał o to ze wszystkich sił.

Hi.so i was bombarding troops and i had my arties covered with 2 provinces.but somehow their inf managed to get to my arties.how ?
I cannot post the image cause it says that i use too much URL.
so the point is : somehow their inf managed to cross my provinces where i had lvl 2 fort(+39inf) with 10 inf

Buenas, he estado probando en varias partidas y me ocurre el mismo error, le doy a fabricar un puerto, y me dice (Escoge el destino de la mejora, NOTA: Esta mejora solo puede construirse una vez en cada província) y no tengo ni un solo puerto ya que no me deja, querria saber el porque ? un bug ? un falso error ?
