New unit;Militia

I saw somewhere that some one suggested a new unit;militia.It would be very helpful in counteries with lots of rebelions

These units could be produced in barracks(hiring speed depends on barracks level)

They wont increase morale but will prevent possibility of uprising or rebelion.

Enorme
TOULON champion d'europe de rugby.
Ce titre sportif, mérite bien un tout petit post dans ce forum.
Ancien joueur de haut niveau, habitant proche de Toulon je suis super ravi.
Bravo aux jouers de clermont perdre d'un point c'est ralant :nono:
il reste la finale du championnat de france en espérant y retrouver ces deux équipes.

Rol, le pilou pilou va raisonner lontemps cette nuit sur toulon.

ich greife seine hauptstadt new york an und besiege seine truppen. danach werden seine (vernichteten) truppen wieder zum fragezeichen. die hauptstadt fällt nicht!

Haber mi pregunta es la siguiente. Por los terminos de condiciones del juego se que no puedo poner nada relacionada con el fascismo o comunismo en el retrato o bandera no?

En el fascismo entra Hitler, lo pregunto porque tengo duda soy aficionado a la historia y hay diversas ideologias y entre fascismo o Nazismo hay diferencia.?

Puedo poner retratos de lideres ficticios fascistas es el caso del lider Adam Sutler de V de vendetta protagonizado por :John Hurt.?

La wikipedia lo pone como un lider fascista y por eso pregunto.

Tambien me gustaria saber que tipo de ideologias especificas no puedo poner y a que pais se relacionan. Ejemplo no puedo poner ha Stalin pero a Mao Zedong, los dos son comunistas.

Creo que hasta aqui y por ahora son todas mis preguntas.

morale penalties are so unrealistic

-5 morale for warring on a country is my biggest beef with this game. if im a giant country with 100 territories and 4 small countries in a giant alliance attack me. they take a -5 hit im taking a -20 with a large spread out empire. it seems more realistic that in real life the citizens of a small country should be the ones freaking out about going to war. im offering a series of different "fixes"

1. make the negative morale penalty based on a warring the ratio between the two warring countries DE. if they are the same size, both get -5, if one country is more than 50% bigger he gets no morale penalty.

2. give countries an incentive to start wars and make for every country you go to war with you get a +5 morale boost. (think about how much that would radically change the game). i know this will get abused as everyone will change the status with every AI to war so i say a cap limit of two.

3. make the morale penalty based on causalities (-1 for every 50k, after day 25 it raises to 100k, 200k by day 45)

4. make the morale penalty based on days the war has been going on. (10 day grace period then -1 for each day with a cap at -20)

5. the most simple one imo- just put a dang cap o the penalty in general at -10

i know the devs like making the games longer but i think they should at the very least put #5 in, and make #2 a goldround option. im so sick of strong nations fighting no more than 1-3 war at a time and slowing killing the map when they can instead fight 5 countries at once and be fine.

Je me suis en guerre contre ce joueur. Mes troupes n'attaquent toujours pas.

Comment je fais pour pouvoir l'attaquer ?

Règles du Chat

Salut,

Depuis quelques temps, les règles du chat ou du moins leur application se sont durcies. Cependant, même après avoir passé 10 minutes à fouiller sur le forum, je n'ai pas trouvé un récapitulatif de ces règles.

Je ne sais pas si elles n'y sont pas ou si elles sont juste introuvables. Mais serait-il possible dans les deux cas, de faire un post spécial intitulé règles du chat (ou un titre ressemblant) afin que les joueurs, jeunes et anciens, puissent mieux s'y retrouver.

Personnellement, je viens de me faire bannir définitivement deux fois en deux semaines pour des règles que je ne connaissais pas alors que je joue depuis presque 2 ans...

No esta sujeto a periodo historico, cada lider es libre de crear su propio sistema y avatar en todos los sentidos siempre y cuando sea serio y se ponga en la posicion correspondiente.

Been playing for a few years.

2 small ideas I would not mind seeing are:
1)Listing a person's alliance affiliation in game next to their user name.

2)Post positive changes to the DE for diplomatic changes. War and Embargo's are posted. Why not Right of way and share map agreements?

Community Treffen erwünscht?

Hallo,
wie bereits Silvester versucht, allerdings leider abgesagt, würden ich gerne von Euch wissen ob es erwünscht wäre, diesmal wieder im schönen Schwarzwald, wo man ein eigenes Haus, Vollverpflegung (ca.25 Euro) grosse Turnhalle, Grill-und Kinderplatz hat im Sommer durchzuführen.

Termin wäre ein langes Wochenende, im Sommer, das ich dann nachdem wir wissen wer alles kommt, auch terminieren müssten.
Mann kann diese Location sehr gut mit Bahn oder Auto erreichen, und auch Fahrgemeinschaften gerne bilden.

Über Eure Meinung zum Community Treffen würde ich mich sehr freuen, genauso über die ein oder andere Hilfe beim planen, da Hordil leider ausfällt aber trotzdem sich freundlicherweise uns das Haus zur Verfügung stellen wird.
