A: No, Test of Time will not be delayed by this RP, as soon as I can start Test of Time, I will start it. This RP is to be made with the hopes of making a RP to last until Test of Time can start.
Q: Is anyone allowed to join?
A: As with all of my RP's, Yes. I do not feel blacklisting is acceptable, and I will not tolerate it in my RP. However if you have previously caused an RP to die, you may be forced into a smaller role, in order to appease those who have a clean record, and do not want those with poor records in their game. But yes, I promise you can join. You will still have to post a sample, in order for me to evaluate if you have the abilities the nation requires in order to have the RP work out.
Q: Will there be a Civil War between the US and the Confederacy?
A: No, the War has been won by the confederacy. A new war can be started by individual member-states of the Confederacy. More info will be provided near completion.
Q: Will there be a current conflict?
A: There will be no conflict currently ensuing when the game starts. However there will be alot of tension and room for a conflict once it starts.
Q: Will there be events?
A: Events are IC actions that are created by the game host. I don't think I will make events. The reason being that Events within someone's nation should actually be created by that person. Obviously that person will be biased, but it is the goal of the player to roleplay their nation to the best of their ability, not mine.
Q: Will Landgrabbing be allowed?
A: In a way, yes, your probably thinking "Oh no! Landgrabbing!" but let me explain myself first. NO MATTER WHAT you will have to RP a reason to invade, whether that is simply your generals saying "They are weak, we are strong", or if it is "They have secretly worked to deregulate our economy, making counterfeit currency." I don't really care, as long as you make an article and it isn't just a few sentences. The fact is, that people have invaded in RL for no reason at all, so it only makes sense that you can do it in game.
Q: But... but... won't everyone just Landgrab?!
A: Yep... No just kidding, the idea is, that the Landgrabbing is occuring IC. So what that means is, you must counter the Landgrabbing, IC. If someone puts out a article saying "(Their Nation) Considers Invading (Little Country)!" then you should put the pressure on them! Start moving troops to their border, start making embargoes, start asking for foreign alliances to take them down, or even go as far as attacking them to restore the peace! Just React In Character.
