Engineer Unit (Updated Version)

Hi guys!, on this thread i'm re-making the Engineer unit thread, but this time i've got a few better ideas to it,:D

Now if you ask me : Why are you re-making the thread?
Well i have better ideas this time, and i decided to make another thread becuase this is a better version, this is like Engineer unit V.2.0 ,

''Base Plan of the unit'': This Engineer unit is going to be like a special Engineer team, which don't repair armored units before and after the battle and yes enduring battles, that means if you have a Engineer team on a army group whit armoted units, when you click the unit on the unit ''Display'' where you can order them to move to somewhere or attack a province or enemy troops, you could see a new option which is ''Repair Damages'' , but if you do that whe n the army group is being attacked or attacking somone,If you click the ''Repair Damages'' button you'r Engineer team would repari the damaged vehicles, but if you do that they would be more vunerable, so they would get out of the battle to repair the veicles, so he wont help your other units by attacking them, becuase he is repairing the vehicles. plus they are actually like abuilding team, i will explain that further on the topic, they are used to repair and construct things.plus you can use tham like normal infantry.but they aren't strong like normal Infantry, They are slightly weeak.

Sarting off

Requiriments:

Barrack's level 1 ( NOTE: Like in the old version, he can BE BUILT ONLY IN THE BARRACK'S , since they are humans and not armored units which are built on the Workshops or Factories)

Money : 4,500
Grain: 2,000
Iron: 2,000
Oil: 3,500
Gas: 3,000
Barrack's level 1 production time : 1 Day and 50 minutes
Barrack's level 2 production time : 20 Hours

Upkeep:

Grain : 1,500
Iron: 2,000
Oil : 1,800
Gas : 2,000

Now Some of the issues

Engineer Issues :


Built in groups: they are built on groups (Example : Rather than you build only one unit you build a group of like 6 Engineers. or 7 or maybe 10!, which number do you guys preffer? )

Repair vehicles: they can speed up the processe of the repair by 10%, BUT they can REPAIR ONLY ONE VEHICLE AT A TIME! . ( Example : if you have 1 Armored Car and 2 tanks in the same AG ( Army Group) they will Repair the Armored car first then one of the tanks and then the other tank.)

How to manage they'r building :
You can build them in the Barrack's you can choose if you want to produce them in the same window where you choose if you want the Barracks stop producing new troops, you can choose to produce them and after that the Barrack's will produce them and the normal unit's at the same time (Note : you can choose if you want to the Barrack's produce the engineer without the production of normal troops or choose to produce both or only normal units), and it will produce them until you choose to them stop producing the new unit like you do whit the normal unit's.

Cut time of buildings by half: They give you a faster production time, (Example : if you have a Engineer unit on London if you start building a Railway Rather than the Railway take 3 days to get built it will get 2 days to get built , NOTE: that will work whit every building or unit you build, infantry will not be able to get the training time by half since they aren't armored units + if you have more than 1 engineer groups or unit's the building time will not decrease more than 2 days to get built since that could be used to cheat) by half, or less .

NEW WINDOW : Like i said in the start of the topic. they could be used as a construction team, there should be a new window ( like the NewsPaper, Diplomacy, Resources,Stock Market,Strategic View,Economic View and the Spionage view.),
the new window should be a graphic, where it shows were we have OIL. the more green the area is the more oil it have, the more red the area is there will be less oil.

Construction's : They can BUILD OIL RIGS or OIL PLATFORMS and even OIL REFINARIES, they can give you additional oil, BUT they give you LIMITED OIL,
you can trade Oil Platforms and Oil Refinaries whit other countries. when you build a Oil Refinary or a Oil Platform it shows on Daily European ( the NewsPaper)
(Example : 10:11 AM Mediterran Sea: Arabia has Built the new Oil Platform ''Black Gold''.)
You can name your Oil Platforms and Oil Refinaries. Oil Platforms and Oil Refinaries Requeriments: 3,000 iron. 2,500 oil 2,000 gas.

They can also build defenses like Barbed Wire , Trenches and Mine Fields.

Barbed Wire Issues : The Barbed Wire is like a trap, it can kill some of the enemies and decrease they'r morale. ( Example : if an enemy send 14 troops to the Barbed wire, 4 of them can be killed. and they can losse some of they'r morale. BUT the Barbed Wire AFFECTS ONLY INFANTRY armored units can simply run over them.)
Barbed Wire Requeriments: 1,500 iron

Trenches : the Trenches can give to your soldiers 10% defense, plus every troops stationed over there recieve a speed up bosst of 5% in morale recovery.you can station 30 or 50 troops at one trenche,:cool:
Trenche Requeriments : 2,000 iron.

Minefields : they affects Armored units by killing some of them and decreassing the morale while whit the Infantry he can ONLY decrease by 15% the morale of Infantry.

Scavange : If an Engineer Team destroy any armored unit they can scavange it recoverying 50% of the materials used to build that unit ( Example : If an Engineer Team destroy and armored car they can scavange 2,500 of iron and 1,000 of Oil.)

Forward Base : The Engineer Team can build a Forward Base or a Military Base (FB or MB)
( the FB or MB can produce Soldiers and Armored cars. the troops and Armored cars they build start whit 60% or morale)
