Need a Prefered Language Field

I don't know about anyone else, but I feel real stupid sending messages to the other people in the game and then finding out that they couldn't respond to me because they didn't understand.

What we need is for somewhere to say our preferred language. I think it would be easiest to fill it in with our service record. Leave it separate from the game. I think it would be a pretty easy enhancement.
