1400: King Jobst of Wallonia is elected Holy Roman Emperor; his first actions include the acquisition of the Netherlands, Flanders and Luxembourgh to his personal domain and Imperial rule. Though hated, his great intelligence and planning for the future of the empire leads to Europe’s first great economic boom since the roman times
1404: Caliph Aziz II dies with no direct heir to the Heppar Caliphate, the Muslim world’s strongest nation, stretching from Mesopotamia all the way to Western Africa and Southern Spain. Pretenders and great Emirs rise up from their holdings and fight each other in a brutal civil war in order to determine who shall be the new Caliph. This situation seriously weakens Muslim strength
1406: King Alfonso IV of Castille declares war on the Emirates of Seville and Granada, daring to end the Reconquista with crushing success
1409: King Charles III of France declares war on England, ending the last truce of the 100 years of war. Kaiser Jobst begins his Religious Schooling center programming, which funds priests to teach feudal lords and their families to read and write, elevating the Litaracy of the Holy Roman Empire from 0.4% to 2.6%
1414: Emir Mohammed IV of Granada surrenders his kingdom to Alfonso; he leaves the following day alongside with most of Spain’s Muslims to Tangiers and the Moroccan Sultanate. Alfonso is blessed by the pope as he declares the Reconquista finally over.
1421: Byzantine Reconquest of Constantinople from the Latin Empire. Ottoman Empire declares war on the Latin protectorate of Greece (Vassal of the Papal state)
1423: Inspired by the success of the Reconquista, Kaiser Jobst orders the Holy Roman Empire to mobilize for a crusade on the Ottoman Empire and the Muslim world
1424: Hungary joins the crusade and adds to her personal war goal to capture and seize Athens and Constantinople in the name of the King of Hungary, imposing Catholicism
1425: Afraid of losing all of its Empire, Constantine XI signs a protection pact with the Ottoman Empire, which would place him as the owner of Greece and Constantinople, in exchange, Constantine would plea his allegiance to the Ottomans and receive a Secularized religious treatment. All of which, the young Ottoman Sultan agreed to
1428: Ottoman Conquest of Lower Yugoslavia and Wallachia. Hungarian surrender to Muslim forces. King Alfonso dies
1431: Crusade ends with yet another stalemate. The papacy managed to establish a foothold near Alexandria, but Muslim forces and attrition prevented further advance. Aragon joins England against France
1433: Old and dying Charles III marries the Princess of Castille, forming an alliance; Castille declares war a week later on the Anglo-Catalan forces
1434: Charles III dies with no direct heir; King Bernardo of Madrid claims the throne of France. Aragonese forces defeated in Valencia, Navarra and Barcelona
1436: Bernardo claims the throne of Aragon. He annexes them shortly after burning down the Catalan city of Pirineous. England manages to land in the Baleares and raid Castillian trade
1439: England and Castille sign the treaty of “Mainland Europa” where all English mainland Europe territories were ceded to Castille, while all castillian non-mainland territories, such as the Baleares and the Canaries, were given to England
1440: Bernardo forms the “Imperio de España Magna” (Spanish Empire) consisting of almost all of western Europe. Bernardo threatens to invade Portugal and forces the King, Joao, to plea his allegiance to the Spanish Empire or his lands would be ravaged. Joao accepts regretfully
1441: The Portuguese royal family is mysteriously slaughtered in a fire; the following day, Bernardo crowns himself king of Portugal
1444: Utilizing his great influence with the pope, Bernardo manages to convince the Pope to launch another crusade; one which he takes full control off. Magna Spain easily overwhelms Morocco and establishes a Christian protectorate in Southern Greece, Crete and Jerusalem, as well as a trade monopolizing of Alexandria
1448: To counter the increasing economical influence of Spain in the Middle east; the Ottoman Empire orders Constantine XII to close the Silk Road; he obeys
1450: Spain demands the re-opening of the Silk Road; the Ottomans respond by demanding the complete retirement of Christian forces in Africa. Spain responds by annexing Egypt; The Ottoman Empire permanently closes the Silk Road
1458: Egyptian revolt overwhelms crusader forces, and Alexandria is lost to the Muslims. England annexes Ireland
1461: Emperor Bernardo “The conqueror” dies. His son, Victor VIII, becomes Spanish Emperor
1465: To enhance his total control over European territories, Victor secretly plans the Assassination of the Holy Roman Emperor; and plans to influence the elections
1468: Kaiser Wilhelm III of Saxony dies mysteriously; The HRE goes into election mode. The Papacy, fearing continued Spanish expansion, joins the Holy Roman Empire. The pope, a man beloved by all the Germanic dukes, is elected Holy Roman Emperor
1473: Fearing continued English expansion in the Isles, the King of Scotland swears fealty to the Spanish Empire
1478: 2nd failed conquest of Alexandria by the Spanish. Spanish, Danish, English and Dutch explorers arm themselves up to find a new route to India and Asia to acquire bits of the Silk trade
1481: Duke Frederick IX of Sweden decides to split from the Kalmar Union; Denmark shortly declares war in order to restore order
1483: Invention of the Swedish Musket. The HRE claims lands away from Poland
1487: Smashing success made by the Swedes; Danish troops are easily slaughtered by the Swedish army. Denmark surrenders
1490: Sweden vassalizes Norway and occupies Northern Finland from the Danes. After their crushing defeat against the Swedes, Denmark decided not to engage in any land-related conflicts, instead concentrating on their naval expansion and discovery of Indian routes
1494: Danish Colonization of Iceland. Spanish explorers, using Columbus’ naval mapping of his failed expedition, discover America; Initially, Spain ignores the new land, concentrating on only settling small ports in order to reach over Cape colony
1497: Dutch fail to colonize South Africa, Malaria epidemic. English fail to colonize South Africa, storms sank ships
1501: HRE claims more land from Poland. The Ottoman Empire declares war on Hungary. Protestantism and Liberal Religion ideals begin to flow in Europe, but never get true strength; they are though praised mainly by English, Swedes, North Germans and French
1505: Creation of the western European musket. Duchy of Austria declares war on Hungary
1509: Hungary is split between the Turks and the Empire, most of hungary falls to the Germans while Croatia and Transylvania are occupied by the Ottoman vassals
1515: Fearing annexation, the European Ottoman Empire (Pseudo-Byzantium) declares war on the Main Ottoman Empire. This war is initially backed by the Duchy of Wallachia and Austria
1516: The Ottomans call in the Golden Horde to stop raiding the Russian villages and to move southward into Romania. The Golden Horde conquers Moldavia and kicks Romania out of the war
1518: The Ottoman sultan conquers Istanbul; Austria declares war on the European Ottoman Empire and takes Northern Serbia. Creation of the Basic European musket
1520: Constantine XIX surrenders to the Ottoman sultan, all laws are restored, except that from now on, Istanbul would be the direct capital of all of the Ottoman Empire. The Sultan, Mohammed VII, tired from the continued expansion and arrogance of the Catholics, allies with the Egyptian sultanate and what remains of the Heppar Caliphate
1531: The HRE claims more land from Poland, but this time, King Ziemecki II denies the claims and formally demands to stop all Imperial expansion. The pope, neglecting to fight a fellow catholic, is removed from the Imperial throne
1536: Eduardo V of Madrid is named Holy Roman Emperor; he now indirectly controls all of the Netherlands, Germany and Italy, including the Spanish Empire
1540: Dutch establish a colony in South Africa, and they are successful in reaching India and Asia through that route, bringing immense amounts of wealth to the Netherlands
1542: Eduardo V orders by imperial decree that Poland surrender Lodz and Krakow to the Empire. Poland refuses once more and the HRE declares war on Poland-Lithuania
1550: After continued civil war engulfing Russia, the Novgorod Republic and the Kingdom of Moskva call on a truce and concentrate their forces on acquiring ethnic Russian towns, such as Kursk, Voronezh, Smolensk and Pskov from Lithuania. This severely weakens Lithuanian control over the Ukraine, which allows Moskva to easily occupy almost all of it.
1554: Poland surrenders more territory to the HRE in an effort to acquire peace. Eduardo accepts the offer and Eastern Europe lies in peace
1560: In order to acquire some of the incredibly wealthy trade of the Dutch, Eduardo orders by Imperial decree that the South Africa colony be handed over to Spain. The Netherlands, fearing invasion, comply with regret.
1566: First permanent English settlements in Upper new England. 1st Scottish war of independence ends in failure as the Noblemen from Scotland aided Imperial forces in Crushing the rebels; they all still hope to retain power as long as they’re faithful to the Emperor
1570: The Netherlands Colonize Southern USA and Northern USA. Danish Settlements spotted in Greenland
1574: Emperor Garcia de Burgos is named Holy Roman Emperor of the HRE and Magna Spain. He is immediately angered at the little accomplishments made by the Spanish Colonial office and concentrates all of his funding to the establishment of Colonies and trade ports
1575: Spanish Colonization of South America, Mexico and Cuba.
1580: Emperor Garcia demands the Netherlands to surrender their colonies once more under the name of his holy Imperial rule. The Dutch seek out Papal support, which fails in favor of Garcia.
1582: Seeing as Garcia has slowly become Absolute monarch of all of Western Europe; and that the power emanating from him has corrupted the Papal State, the North German nobles and the Dutch proclaim an Alliance and add Protestantism as the accepted religion of their states.
1585: Feeling that his power is threatened, Garcia claims it is his duty to rule by divine right all of the power in the nation; HE should be the state, thus creating the Government of Absolute Monarchy, eliminating all of the Feudal lords in his lands. This angers the Scott’s well beyond boiling point
1590: England and Sweden become protestant
1591: Spanish declaration of war on The Netherlands. Garcia demands that the Dutch be excommunicated and that the Holy Roman Empire fight against them
1592: The Pope Excommunicates the Spanish Emperor, the HRE declares war on Imperial Spain
1593: 2nd Scottish war of independence. Scotland acquires independence for 5 years, before being re-occupied by Danish mercenaries hired by Spain
1596: The Dutch re-take South Africa and New England. English Colonize South Canada
1600: Garcia surrenders his claims on The Holy Roman Empire and concentrates on his overseas expansion. A few months later, the Spanish Declare war on the Egyptian Sultanate alongside with the Pope; who lifts the excommunication of Emperor Garcia
1606: the Egyptian Sultan calls out for the Muslim world to aid on his defense; All of North Africa and the Ottoman Empire join against the Europeans. Creation of the Muslim Musket
1610: After continued failure, Garcia settles for a disgusting peace treaty. The Ottoman Empire removed all Catholic protectorates from Greece and Turkey, as well as the acquisition of Syria for their Empire, while the holy land was splat between Egypt and them. Spain received the Tangiers Emirate, a mere strip of land helping them monitor the Trade along the strait of Gibraltar.
1614: Kaiser Johann IV of Bavaria institutes the “Imperium organization” that clearly states that the Holy Roman Empire should be turned into a pseudo-pluralistic state, tolerant of all Christian religions within its lands; It also clarifies that it is a decentralized Feudal democracy, that enables the basic rights to all landlords and Dukes, giving them the chance to form their own political parties. These basic laws formed the earliest form of a constitution, and it well served to fix all of the HRE’s religious problems at the time
1619: Danish Colonization of Northern Canada. Sweden releases Norway as a vassal state
1621: The Compromise ends between Novgorod and Moskva, and the Russian States continue to war each other again for supremacy over Russia.
1625: Spanish Conquest of Madagascar; further trade is impelled into Asia. More Scottish rebelions
1629: Japanese Shogunate Civil war starts; The Japanese Emperor wishes to reestablish itself as the ultimate Authority in Asia
1630: England signs the “Magna Carta” a similar constitutional amendment that settles England as a Constitutional Monarchy early on in the century. It also helps the English King get rid of all the pesky Feudal influence of the Landlords and effectively centralize power
1635: The King of Denmark centralizes Absolute power under his reign
1640-1670: This time period is known as the “Peace in Europe” or “La nada” referred in Spain, a period were absolutely nothing happened in central, and western Europe, including the Americas. The Europeans attempted to concentrate on expanding trade in America and in asia through peaceful terms, while the HRE struggled to hold itself together
1685: Russian Civil War ends with Tsar Dmitri VIII being named King of Moskva, Novgorod and Russia itself. He adopts a similar governmental system as that of Spain to centralize his Absolute power
1690: After hundreds of years of cultural and religious oppression, the French, the Scottish, the Portuguese and the Catalans, begin to demand territorial freedom from the Spanish Empire.
1691: The Northern French, supported by English, Dutch and French Nobility, rebel against the Spanish Emperor. The total mobilized rebel forces tower over 800,000 Peasants, artisans and noblemen, all joined together for the explicit purpose to see the Spanish Empire dismantled. This was the start of the French Revolution!
1695: Spain Declares war on Parisian France; The Netherlands, fearing Spanish success, declare war on Spain alongside England. Utilizing its incredibly strong religious and Political ties, the Spanish Emperor drags in the Southern part of the Holy Roman Empire and the Papal states into the war against Paris
1704: Parisian forces and Toulousian rebels siege the Castillo de Rouregne, a symbol of Spanish Dominance in Southern France since the late 1400’s. The palace is burnt down by cannon fire shot by peasants
1711: Spanish forces defeat Dutch and French armies in Orleans; this battle was named the bloodiest battle in History, with over 400,000 men and women dead. Orleans lied in ruins, and now stands as a symbol of French patriotism and sacrifice for freedom
1715: Emperor Sandalio VIII signs a truce with the Rebel forces; he officially recognizes Parisian France as the sovereign ruler of Northern France. In exchange, Spain was to keep Scotland and its occupied Colonies to itself. England was to acquire the Baleares
1720: Parisian conquest of Tunisia and Corsica. The Parisians wished to re-establish short term trading in the Mediterranean, through the conquest of poorly defended Muslim territories
1740: Spanish complete dissolution of Iberian Rebels. Though the crown was immensely powerful, historians of the age thought and predicted that the Death of Emperor Sandalio VIII would end Spanish Absolutism and over a Millennia of supremacy over poorly stomped down nations

1448: To counter the increasing economical influence of Spain in the Middle east; the Ottoman Empire orders Constantine XII to close the Silk Road; he obeys
1450: Spain demands the re-opening of the Silk Road; the Ottomans respond by demanding the complete retirement of Christian forces in Africa. Spain responds by annexing Egypt; The Ottoman Empire permanently closes the Silk Road

1481: Duke Frederick IX of Sweden decides to split from the Kalmar Union; Denmark shortly declares war in order to restore order
1483: Invention of the Swedish Musket. The HRE claims lands away from Poland
1487: Smashing success made by the Swedes; Danish troops are easily slaughtered by the Swedish army. Denmark surrenders

1509: Hungary is split between the Turks and the Empire, most of hungary falls to the Germans while Croatia and Transylvania are occupied by the Ottoman vassals
1515: Fearing annexation, the European Ottoman Empire (Pseudo-Byzantium) declares war on the Main Ottoman Empire. This war is initially backed by the Duchy of Wallachia and Austria
1516: The Ottomans call in the Golden Horde to stop raiding the Russian villages and to move southward into Romania. The Golden Horde conquers Moldavia and kicks Romania out of the war
1518: The Ottoman sultan conquers Istanbul; Austria declares war on the European Ottoman Empire and takes Northern Serbia. Creation of the Basic European musket

1531: The HRE claims more land from Poland, but this time, King Ziemecki II denies the claims and formally demands to stop all Imperial expansion. The pope, neglecting to fight a fellow catholic, is removed from the Imperial throne
1536: Eduardo V of Madrid is named Holy Roman Emperor; he now indirectly controls all of the Netherlands, Germany and Italy, including the Spanish Empire
1540: Dutch establish a colony in South Africa, and they are successful in reaching India and Asia through that route, bringing immense amounts of wealth to the Netherlands
1542: Eduardo V orders by imperial decree that Poland surrender Lodz and Krakow to the Empire. Poland refuses once more and the HRE declares war on Poland-Lithuania
1550: After continued civil war engulfing Russia, the Novgorod Republic and the Kingdom of Moskva call on a truce and concentrate their forces on acquiring ethnic Russian towns, such as Kursk, Voronezh, Smolensk and Pskov from Lithuania. This severely weakens Lithuanian control over the Ukraine, which allows Moskva to easily occupy almost all of it.
1554: Poland surrenders more territory to the HRE in an effort to acquire peace. Eduardo accepts the offer and Eastern Europe lies in peace
1560: In order to acquire some of the incredibly wealthy trade of the Dutch, Eduardo orders by Imperial decree that the South Africa colony be handed over to Spain. The Netherlands, fearing invasion, comply with regret.
1566: First permanent English settlements in Upper new England. 1st Scottish war of independence ends in failure as the Noblemen from Scotland aided Imperial forces in Crushing the rebels; they all still hope to retain power as long as they’re faithful to the Emperor
1570: The Netherlands Colonize Southern USA and Northern USA. Danish Settlements spotted in Greenland
1574: Emperor Garcia de Burgos is named Holy Roman Emperor of the HRE and Magna Spain. He is immediately angered at the little accomplishments made by the Spanish Colonial office and concentrates all of his funding to the establishment of Colonies and trade ports
1575: Spanish Colonization of South America, Mexico and Cuba.
1580: Emperor Garcia demands the Netherlands to surrender their colonies once more under the name of his holy Imperial rule. The Dutch seek out Papal support, which fails in favor of Garcia.
1582: Seeing as Garcia has slowly become Absolute monarch of all of Western Europe; and that the power emanating from him has corrupted the Papal State, the North German nobles and the Dutch proclaim an Alliance and add Protestantism as the accepted religion of their states.
1585: Feeling that his power is threatened, Garcia claims it is his duty to rule by divine right all of the power in the nation; HE should be the state, thus creating the Government of Absolute Monarchy, eliminating all of the Feudal lords in his lands. This angers the Scott’s well beyond boiling point

1591: Spanish declaration of war on The Netherlands. Garcia demands that the Dutch be excommunicated and that the Holy Roman Empire fight against them
1592: The Pope Excommunicates the Spanish Emperor, the HRE declares war on Imperial Spain
1593: 2nd Scottish war of independence. Scotland acquires independence for 5 years, before being re-occupied by Danish mercenaries hired by Spain
1596: The Dutch re-take South Africa and New England. English Colonize South Canada
1600: Garcia surrenders his claims on The Holy Roman Empire and concentrates on his overseas expansion. A few months later, the Spanish Declare war on the Egyptian Sultanate alongside with the Pope; who lifts the excommunication of Emperor Garcia
1606: the Egyptian Sultan calls out for the Muslim world to aid on his defense; All of North Africa and the Ottoman Empire join against the Europeans. Creation of the Muslim Musket
1610: After continued failure, Garcia settles for a disgusting peace treaty. The Ottoman Empire removed all Catholic protectorates from Greece and Turkey, as well as the acquisition of Syria for their Empire, while the holy land was splat between Egypt and them. 1691: The Northern French, supported by English, Dutch and French Nobility, rebel against the Spanish Emperor. The total mobilized rebel forces tower over 800,000 Peasants, artisans and noblemen, all joined together for the explicit purpose to see the Spanish Empire dismantled.
