is it just me that feels the the forums Rules are a little bit Harsh and some of the forums mods are abusing their authorities !?
i mean come on, this is a war game
wars basically start because of Daring to fight, teasing opponents and stuff like that
these things are considered and i'm quoting from the forums Rules thread
" Insults, threats or disparaging comments about other forum users or the staff"
do you even believe that !?, commenting about other players is not allowed !???
what kind of forums that do that !!!??? specially war game forums
i've had my share of online war games... forums are essential in these kind of games... forums literally were the initiator of every war
but in here it is not. which is really driving me crazy..
i've never seen a war game forums as quiet as this one. this forums can be in silence for days without having anything interesting going on on it.
i've tried to bring up the heat on another alliance in this forums before. a few hours later when i checked back on the thread i found out that my posts have been deleted/ edited by a mod
another incident where i tried to dare a player to have a game 1 vs 1 and i was pushing him on it, but then again a few hours later my posts were deleted/ edited
and another one where i bragged about my win against another player, guess what !? my posts were deleted too
and more and more that i don't want to say about in public just so that i don't get in trouble with some certain moderators
which led me to refrain from using the forums for quiet sometime
this is a war game, there will always be a winner and there will always be a sore loser
you can't deny us the bragging right and you can't protect the loser from feeling bitter
not just that the forums rules are harsh but even some moderators are abusing their powers, and are commencing actions like deleting/ editing posts to serve their purposes, defending their friends or protecting an idea. some of the corrupted mods are hiding behind the forums rules
and let's not forget that most of the mods if not all are already playing games with us( regular players ), and people by nature are corruptable
i know that i might get banned from the forums for this thread ( according to the forums rules ) but frankly i came to the point where i don't use it that much anyway
i just had to let it out and i did, now i'm happier
