Morocco not loading map in certain provinces

Game 452855. Casablanca and Melila won't load the pins and number. I tried clicking them and it just says failed to load. I think this may be an isolated situation, so that is why I posted it. Not aware of this happening elsewhere. Sorry if aware of it.


Edit. I tried clearing files. Algiers is like that too now. I'm on google chrome and I do my updates often.
