Tried everything, but the game is still stuck at "retrieving data"

Apparently, there is no way to pass that phase. It worked until yesterday, on a different machine. Please help me guys... my army needs me.

- tried with no firewall
- java cash cleaned
- re-installed java

- when I try to download the installer from

the massage I get is:
