Does a fortress's advantages (i.e., damage decrease) only apply to the 'centre' of a province, or is it for the whole of the province?
For example - will the, let's say, 75% damage decrease of a Level 3 fortress, apply to a unit on the outskirts of Province A? Or will it only be if the unit is in the 'centre point' (the same 'centre icon' you click to view a province in detail)?
