I find it very annoying! It always says open rounds are limited? I don't really get that part, but I would join an already made one except they don't have the things I want to play with on there such as nation selection and the naval unit pack. I also find it very ironic that I haven't been able to make a Great War map in months, but yet I see new ones being made everyday. It makes me mad really.
