Today I was banned by MOD Isdalicious for the reason that I did not offend anyone in chat. A couple of weeks ago I was banned because my words were offensive, and I took a lesson from my mistake.
Today I tried to construe argumentation by reason and logic and deal with personal quarrel by analysing it.
I tried to analyse my opponents' argumentation, which I found extremely offensive towards the country of my nationality, which they compared for example to a "pile of garbage" (no ban was given, even if this happened a couple of times in a row)
It was funny how I got banned after I was called inferior to the Dutch (because I hold a different nationality) and when I replayed that this conclusion lacks substance, I got banned for an hour.
None of my opponents were banned, while they continued to nag for a while.
I honestly believe that personal quarrel should be squashed and disallowed, but shouldn't the MODs be impartial?
This was outrageous, and I kindly ask any other MOD to please check the chat logs from 31/10/2012 from 18:30-19:30 on the English server, and do something about it.
I find that the impartiality is be the main virtue which a MOD should have and Isdalicious defiantly lacks it.
P.S. I would have not taken this into consideration or even written about it on the forums, but this is not the first time a comparable thing happens.
To be honest I feel myself discriminated, on grounds of nationality.
If this trend continues like this, I will consider taking a legal advice from a member of any of the German Bar Associations (a lawyer).
