1st forum post here. Sorry if it comes off as a bit noobish but here are my basic and not really well thought out ideas that I think are missing, would be convenient and make sense in the basic way of doing things in Supremacy 1914.
My first idea would be something along the lines of set relations. What this means is that the alliance agrees that they should all have share map between eachother. Naturally, this would take a long time to do, but the leader clicks some buttons and voila - everyone's got share map with eachother. New members would receive share map with the rest of the coalition members upon joining.
The second I have in mind is a tactical map, complete with markers and such. A drawing board of sorts where coalition members are able to plan out their doings. It would fit hand in hand with the coalition chat, in my opinion.
My third and final idea would be a revision to the events tab. The activity log could be placed to the side of it, but events would be planned events by coalition members. What I have in mind is similar to a bulletin board, but much more formal and neater. Each post to here would be placed in a segment kept separate from other posts. Remembering the second point I made, the tactical map drawn on by the coalition members would be placed alongside the posts as an attachment to their written plan. Ex. player 1 and player 2 are going to attack player 3, the routes they're taking will be displayed on the tactical map beside their written post.
