It is day 58 of Game 1,362,053. It worked fine every day on both HTML5 and Java until the recent update. Since then it does work in HTML5 but only reaches the 'retrieving game data' stage of the Java loading process.
I have been told by an operator that starting new rounds with Java is now impossible. However, that continuing old rounds is possible.
Because I would really like to continue this round in Java if this is indeed possible. Can anyone recommend any method to facilitate this? Also I would like to know if Java functionality really is indeed being retired completely? I played the game for years on Java and it is still quite a bit smoother on my laptop than the HTML5.
I have tried two laptops to try to load this round in java, Windows Vista and 7 Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. Same negative result every time.
