I want to stop Morocco

Hey everyone, I'm in this game at the moment and am playing as Germany and I am surprisingly doing quite well. I am invading Austria-Hungary and am allies with Romania. I want to stop the Moroccans from expanding any further into North Africa because with more resources, he could turn into a powerhouse country that can't be stopped. I want to use East Libya as a "puppet" by putting him in the firing line rather than myself (selfish I know). East Libya has been in a costly war with Arabia but Arabia has gone in active. He lost around 120,000 men and the war's still on. He's building two artillery, he's low on iron ore, wood and grain but is high in money and coal, he also has a battleship. Morocco has three battleships, he has around 5-10 artillery guns and has around 150,000 men attacking the rest of East Algeria who's close to finished.

I really need you guys to use all of you'r strategic might to help me please because this is one of many few games that I'm doing well in and I don't want to ruin it. ;)

East Libya's army is made of 36,000 men (low moral), 3 artillery guns (when the two are finished being built in the factories) and one battleship (full health).

Morocco's army is made of 290,000 men (medium moral), 5 artillery guns and three battleships (two in docks outside of the mediteranean sea).

I have 176,000 men (medium moral), 6 artillery guns, 1 rail gun (currently in construction) and 3 tanks (one badly hurt and others full health).

Romania's army is made of 234,000 men (not sure whether he'll help or not).
