How to change the country?

Hello all,

I've just registered and started playing Supremacy 1914 (1 hour ago).
The game forces me to play as Finland, and I really don't want to.
I don't have anything against Finland in real life), I just want to play as some other country of my preference.
Can I somehow change to another country?
