morale boost?

Hey all, i have an idea.

sometimes the morale of your troops are (really) low and you can boost this with gold.
in another game i played (travian) you could organise celebrations to boost up your cultural points.

maybe there should be such an option in Supremacy? like host a party for your soldiers to boost their morale. you should have a level "x" fort for it for example..
